Overview

The Food Safety Tab allow users to define, update, or remove food safety checks to meet regulatory and internal standards during maintenance.

Adding a New Food Safety

Click on + Food Safety in the top right corner of the Maintenance Library-Food Safety Tab to open the Add New Food Safety form.

Adding Food Safety Interface

Fill in all required fields marked with * before clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the form. If any required fields are missing, a popup will notify you, and missing fields will be highlighted with a red border.

Measure Name	Name of the safety rule or procedure.	Text input
Items	Specific safety actions or checkpoints to be followed.	Text inputs (add one or more items)

Editing Food Safety

To edit a Food Safety on the Maintenance Library-Food Safety Tab:

Click on the food safety you'd like to edit from the list.
Click the pencil icon at the top right to enter edit mode.
Make changes as needed and click Save (disk icon).

Duplicating Food Safety

To duplicate a Food Safety on the Maintenance Library-Food Safety Tab:

Select the food safety you want to duplicate.
Click the copy icon in the top right corner.
A new form will open with all fields pre-filled.
Edit as needed and click the Save icon to create the duplicate or the Cancel icon to discard changes.

Deleting Food Safety

To delete a Food Safety on the Maintenance Library-Food Safety Tab:

Select the food safety you want to delete.
Click the trashcan icon at the top right.
Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete, or cancel by clicking Cancel.
