Overview


The User Management module allows administrators and managers to control access, assign responsibilities, and manage user lifecycle within the production system. This ensures that only authorized personnel can perform critical tasks and access sensitive information.

User Management Workflow


  1. Add Users: Admins/Managers create user.
  2. Assign Roles: Users are assigned to roles, which define their access rights.
  3. Set Up Approval Hierarchy: Supervisors are assigned to different modules’ approval workflows. Usually this is a one-time setup.
  4. Maintain: Admins/Managers can update user info, change roles, or deactivate accounts as needed.
