In MES Mobile, the Library tab organizes production lines, equipment group and equipment in a hierarchical Equipment Tree. This section is designed to help workers quickly locate and reference essential documentation and instructions for on-site operations.
Assets are usually organized into a three-tier structure:
Production Lines
This is the top level of the equipment hierarchy.
Equipment Groups
Each production line contains one or more equipment groups, which categorize related machines or systems based on function.
Users can click into the equipment group card to view the relevant data or click the right side list button to view its associated equipment list.
Equipment
Within each equipment group are the individual equipment. These are specific machines or tools that users can tap to view detailed information such as user manuals and other related documentation.
Just click through the hierarchy to navigate to the equipment you want to view. This intuitive structure ensures users can find the right documentation and resources with minimal effort.
Users can navigate to the associated components by clicking the right side list button.
Component
Every equipment is made up of a group of components which can be found in the sub list view of any piece of equipment. Each component has a specified part that will be used to replace the component whenever replacements are required.
