The Maintenance Overview page provides a real-time, interactive map of the facility, offering full visibility into maintenance activities, equipment status, and active alarms across all production lines.

Interface

The dashboard supports customization, allowing users to visualize the data most relevant to them.

• Interactive Facility Map

  The layout displays all major production areas and lines.

  Each line or area is clickable. Clicking a line highlights:

  • All equipment located in that line or area
  • Their current operational status (e.g., running, under maintenance, stopped)
  • Any active alarms

• Drill-down Equipment View

  Clicking on a specific equipment opens a detailed view showing:

  • Its subcomponents
  • Component-level status and alarms

Included Statistics

• All Line Statistics Panel

  • Active alarms
  • In-progress work orders
  • Assigned personnel
  • Overdue work orders

• Machine Status Indicators

  Machines are color-coded for quick recognition:

  • Green: Running
  • Yellow: Under maintenance
  • Red: Stopped

• Operational Mode Tags

  Tags identify current operating modes:

  • In production
  • In cleaning
  • In transit
