Request Handling Workflow

  1. Work Orders are completed, and any failed tasks automatically become Maintenance Requests, or Workers submit ad hoc issues directly via the mobile app.
  2. Supervisors review each request, decide whether to create a Work Order or reject it.

Creating a Work Order from Request

You can create a new Work Order directly from a request with information pre-filled. This process ensures that unresolved issues are escalated efficiently with all relevant details carried over. Steps:

  1. On the Maintenance Requests page, locate the request you want to create work order.
  2. Click+ Work Order Button.
  3. The New Work Order form will open, pre-filled with information from the request.
  4. Complete the remaining required fields including Approving Supervisor, Priority, and Range Start Date, and Recurrence (if needed).
  5. Click Save to create the Work Order.

This feature ensures that any failed or uncompleted requests can be quickly turned into structured, trackable work—minimizing downtime and ensuring accountability.

Rejecting a Request

On the Maintenance Request page, maintenance requests can be rejected.

To Reject a Request:

  1. Click the request you wish to reject.
  2. Click the Reject button.
