The Maintenance Schedule page provides a calendar-based view of all scheduled work orders for the selected month. This visual layout enables maintenance teams, supervisors, and schedulers to easily track upcoming tasks, manage workloads, and ensure the timely execution of critical activities such as inspections, preventive maintenance, and routine checks. The schedule view improves visibility into upcoming work, reduces the risk of missed tasks, and supports proactive maintenance planning.

The Header Block provides controls for navigating the calendar view. It includes tools for changing the displayed date, filtering work orders, toggling between start and end dates, and interpreting work order priorities via a color-coded legend.
Date Toggle

Color-Coded Priorities
Tasks are visually categorized by urgency using color markers (e.g., Urgent, High, Medium, Low, Non-Critical) to assist with prioritization.

Calendar Navigation:
Users can switch between months and years using date select bar.

Filter: The Filter tool enables users to narrow down visible work orders by various criteria such as Asset Type, Status, or Category. This helps users focus on relevant tasks based on the requirements.

This schedule helps all maintenance activities to be systematically tracked and executed, improving reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
The calendar provides a visual representation of all scheduled work orders across the selected month. Each calendar cell displays the work orders that are either starting or ending on that specific date, based on the selected date toggle.
Users can quickly scan the calendar to identify high-priority tasks, spot busy maintenance days, and ensure even distribution of workload across the month. Work orders are color-coded by priority, allowing teams to focus on the most critical tasks at a glance.
Clicking on a work order within the calendar will open a detailed view, where users can review task information, assigned personnel, due dates, and other relevant details. This interactive layout helps streamline scheduling, improve visibility, and ensure timely execution of all maintenance activities.
