Overview


The Production Library is a centralized hub for managing products and the raw materials required to create each item. It provides real-time visibility into costs, quantities, and associated work orders, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and accurate cost tracking across all products. The interface consists of:

Adding a New Product


Click on + Product in the top right corner of the Production Library page to open the Add New Product form.

Fill in all required fields marked with * before clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the form. If any required fields are missing, a popup will notify you, and missing fields will be highlighted with a red border.

Item Name Tthe product name Text input
Item Code Unique product identifier or internal code. Text input
Category Select the appropriate product category. Dropdown
Description Provide a brief description or specification of the product. Textarea

Sale Price Per Unit Selling price per unit of product. Numeric
Target Produce Quantity Total quantity intended for production. Numeric
Quantity Unit Unit of measurement for the product. Dropdown
Image Upload a representative image of the product. File upload
Required Raw Materials Select material from the dropdown list. Dropdown
Quantity Needed Specify how much is needed. Numeric
Required Equipment Select equipment from the dropdown list. Dropdown

Click + Material to add new raw material. You may also Remove Selected materials. The Total product unit cost will be auto-calculated if materials are added. Click + Add Equipment to add a new equipment.
