Safety Measure

Overview

The Safety Measure Tab allows users to manage safety-related instructions to ensure all tasks are performed under safe and compliant conditions.

Add Safety Measure

Click on + Safety Measure in the top right corner of the Maintenance Library-Safety Measure Tab to open the Add New Safety Measure form.

Adding Safety Measure Interface

Fill in all required fields marked with * before clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the form. If any required fields are missing, a popup will notify you, and missing fields will be highlighted with a red border.

Required Fields

Denoted with *

Field	Description	Input Type
Measure Name	Name of the safety rule or procedure.	Text input
Items	Specific safety actions or checkpoints to be followed.	Text inputs (add one or more items)

Edit Safety Measure

To edit a Safety Measure on the Maintenance Library-Safety Measure Tab:

Click on the safety measure you'd like to edit from the list.
Click the pencil icon at the top right to enter edit mode.
Make changes as needed and click Save (disk icon).

Duplicate Safety Measure

To duplicate a Safety Measure on the Maintenance Library-Safety Measure Tab:

Select the safety measure you want to duplicate.
Click the copy icon in the top right corner.
A new form will open with all fields pre-filled.
Edit as needed and click the Save icon to create the duplicate or the Cancel icon to discard changes.

Delete Safety Measure

To delete a Safety Measure on the Maintenance Library-Safety Measure Tab:

Select the safety measure you want to delete.
Click the trashcan icon at the top right.
Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete, or cancel by clicking Cancel.
