The Work Order Logs tab provides access to a comprehensive archive of all work orders that have either been approved by a supervisor or marked as incomplete. This tab is designed for planners, supervisors, and auditors to easily review historical maintenance activity, track task performance, and retrieve documentation for reporting or compliance purposes.
Work orders in this tab are organized by date, equipment group, completion status, and other relevant filters, allowing for efficient navigation and analysis. Users can view complete work order details, including task history, technician entries, and approval records.

To review a logged work order, simply click on an item in the list. The right-hand panel will populate with all related details, including:
Users can also filter the list by specific attributes such as asset type or time range to quickly locate the records they need. For a more detailed view of completed tasks, users can click on any item in the task list to open and review the full results of the completed work, including any notes, entries, or verification steps recorded during execution.
To download a PDF version of a single Work Order Log for documentation or reporting:
The Download Logs feature allows users to export multiple approved work order logs at once. This is useful for generating reports, performing audits, or archiving maintenance records over a specific period of time.

To download multiple Work Order Logs at once within a specific time range:
At the top-right corner of the Work Order Logs tab, click the Download Logs button.

In the popup window, use the date pickers to set the Work Order Creation Time Range.
Apply filters such as Production Line and Equipment Group to refine the selection.
A preview of the matching work orders will appear in the table below.
Once you've confirmed the selection, click the Export button.
A ZIP file containing the selected logs in PDF format will be generated and downloaded.
