Maintenance Work Orders
Overview
The Maintenance Work Order Dashboard offers a real-time view of all active and overdue maintenance tasks. It helps teams track progress, spot issues, and prioritize efficiently.
- Active Work Orders: View ongoing tasks at a glance.
- Overdue Work Orders: Identify delayed or incomplete work orders.
- Chart: Visual summaries of completion rates by repetition and work order priorities.

Work Order Details
Clicking on a Work Order will navigate the user to the Work Order Details Page. This page provides a comprehensive overview of all relevant information associated with the selected work order.
General Information
At the top of the Work Order Details page, users can view the general information related to the work order. This section provides an overview of key fields, including:
- Progress – Shows the current completion percentage of the work order. This value is calculated based on the number of associated work tasks that have been completed.
- Work Order Code – Unique identifier assigned to the work order.
- Priority – Indicates the urgency level (e.g., Low, Medium, High, etc).
- Requires Halt – Shows whether the task requires equipment shutdown or production interruption.
- Category – Type or classification of the maintenance task (e.g., Inspection, Electrical).
- Work Type – Describes the nature of the work (e.g., Reactive, Follow-Up, Preventative).
- Recurrence – Specifies if the task is a one-time job or part of a recurring schedule.
- Assigned To – Name of the technician or team responsible for the task.
- Created By – User who initially generated the work order.
- Approving Supervisor – Supervisor who approved the work order for execution.
- Start/Due Time – Scheduled start time and deadline for the work order.
- Estimated Time – Expected duration needed to complete the work.
- Next Work Order – If the current work order is part of a recurring schedule, users can click to view the next work order in the sequence and access its details in advance.
- Description – A brief summary of the work order. This section may also include any notes or instructions provided by the user who created the work order.
- Images & Files – Any images or files included by the user who created the work order. ****
- Location – Indicates the location of the equipment associated with the work order. This helps technicians quickly identify where the task needs to be performed.
Tasks & Standards
Here, users can view the task list and the corresponding maintenance or safety standards that were selected by the user who created the work order. Each task can be expanded to reveal the individual steps required to complete it, providing clear guidance for technicians during execution.
In addition, any associated maintenance standards or safety protocols are outlined in detail. These standards may include step-by-step procedures, required tools, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and other critical instructions to ensure the work is performed correctly and safely. This section helps ensure that all tasks are completed consistently, efficiently, and in full compliance with operational and safety guidelines.
